This is my first blog post within the Aurum Exchange website. Thanks for reading! One thing that’s always held me back from blogging to date is a lack of ideas on what to write about! My plan is to keep this blog as a running journal of activities for this business, along with helpful hints for anyone considering selling their unwanted gold jewelry (hopefully to me) or perhaps considering going into this business for themselves.
I’m definitely looking forward to my next gold event taking place at the Vendor / Boutique Vendor Sale at Temple Sha’arey Shalom in Springfield, NJ on Thursday, April 26 at 7:30 pm. My sister is a member at this synagogue and she’ll be selling her Scentsy decorative candles at the table next to me. If you live in Union County, NJ and want to sell some unwanted jewelry or have your questions answered, stop on by! The vendors at this event are expected to donate something “to the house” as a raffle give-away. Since I don’t have any merchandise per se, I have agreed to donate a percentage of my payout to the Sisterhood of Temple Sha’arey Shalom. The more I can exchange, the better they’ll make out. I know that these groups usually just funnel their money back to the synagogue or the community, so I hope the evening is a success.
